Generally we place all Addon resource in below location.
/webroot/addons
We choose webroot directory for addons because this folder allow browser to access any resource directly. Each folder in above location contain addons file. For example 960grid, ckeditor, cssbuttons, cufon etc.
We have to create definition file after placing all resource.
